Leg day!
Leg press= 4 sets 10-15 reps
Hamstring curls= 3 sets till failure
Quad extension= 4 sets 8-12 (Heavy)
Lunges= 4 sets 20-25 reps
RDL= 3 sets 8-10 reps ( Heavy)
Calve raises 4 sets 10-15 reps
Remember to always stretch before and after!🔥
