Personal update
Hi guys , I have been quiet on here so thought I would check in see if anyone has advice or maybe takes anything out of what I’m doing. For the last two weeks I’ve been extremely consistent in being active and staying within my calories and I’m reaping the rewards in terms of weight coming off a month ago I was at 104.3kg yesterday morning 100.9kg Years ago I dislocated my shoulder and last week I fell in work and it half popped out again which has happened a few times before and it leaves my shoulder feeling weak and sore basically like a dead arm. As a result instead of my gym sessions I’ve been getting out running and it’s challenging and it’s meant I’ve been able to stay active without trying to lift. If anyone has advice on gym sessions which will be challenging but have less work through my shoulders while it recovers fully (have physio this week anyways) I’d love to hear. Definitely able to go back gyming this week but know my shoulder will be tired after 3 sets of db chest press for example.

Also side note made a couple of the recipes from Kieran’s booklet and was delighted well tasty turkey chilli was great for anyone looking to try it out.
Online meeting
Hi guys tried to hop onto the meeting a couple of times but it was coming up the host hadn’t logged in so maybe I missed it or nobody else showed so it wasn’t on. Apologies am in work so was only 10past when I tried hoping on the first time. Will watch back if it is ongoing.

Hi guys. I seem to be breaking even here. For every positive choice Im balancing with a negative choice as the weighing scales is the same all Time. Well from tomorrow I just add a positive and remove a negative and the results will come

Absolutely it’s a battle and one we are all facing and the reason we are all here. I wish I could undo years of being lazy or eating poorly in like a few weeks but it’s gonna take time. You’re already making some good choices by your own decision so you know what to do. I have found that any exercise even just getting out for a light walk is helping with keeping me from making bad decisions with food as I’m going sure why did I bother going for a walk/gym or whatever just to counteract it and it’s helping with keeping me from slipping.
