Having some glitches in a new book assistant with chat. Where do I send the loom?

Hi...new to all this coming over from a chat/text only Ai bot company and just diving in as a new customer here and learning V2...so I created an assistant and connected my GHL account. But how do I connect it to the live chat widget on my highlevel website I made? Actually....how do I create all the widgets like the orb and stuff? Whn I click Create Widget I only get voice options. Finding it hard to find the help I need in the docs too. Is there a course or series of youtube how to videos? I need a 1)Self selling demo 2)A voice orb and a voice calling...."thing" Bot? Once I have those set up then I can sell the hell outta this! Can't seem to find how to create these things.

I might have missed something but I dont see an option for Web Chat. Is this still on the roadmap?

Why did this fail? My appointment booking has normally been solid. Why did this randomly fail? The calendar is wide open.
