Last week, I attempted to pull 40 kgs but unfortunately couldn't get it 100% over the bar. Yesterday I attempted it again and I finally got it. I was actually going to attempt it on Thursday, but I fell sick and had to postpone it to Friday, which was yesterday. I was pretty nervous as I was unwell and not sure I could do it. Nevertheless, I started my warmup with 12.5 kg for 7 reps, my first working set was 25kgs and I had to atleast get 8 reps to increase the weight next week. I managed to get 9 reps (PR), and I felt little confident. I attempted 35 first, I did it easily. Then went for 40kgs, I went for it. It felt very slow to me, lol, but I managed to make it. Never give up guys, just 2 months ago, I couldn't pull 25 for one rep now I am able to fly with 25.
