Meal-prepped for breakfast and lunch for the week. Cleaned and all laundry done so we can just spot clean throughout the week. Planned out workouts and times. Synced schedules with my husband to make sure we are on the same page. And we are targeting being in bed by 9 every night!

I stayed consistent with macros and workouts.
Day 8 Homework
Sooo, not to be a know-it-all, but I’ve been tracking macros since like 2018 and coaching others on calculating/tracking since 2021. No new information for me here, but great video! I’ll continue to track daily especially as I’m trying reverse-dieting right now.
