Building loyalty > chasing followers
It’s easy to get hooked on the follower count. But in the end, followers are a vanity metric, until your audience is actually engaged. I'd rather have a hundred loyal members who show up, comment, and support me than have 1000 silent followers any day. Shifting focus from “getting more followers” to building loyalty changes everything. Why ? You start prioritizing real interactions over shiny numbers. Respond to comments, ask questions, show up consistently—even if it’s just a few people at first. People want to feel seen and valued, not like they’re just a number in your page's "Metrics" tab. Ask yourself: if you lost 90% of your following overnight, would the remaining 10% be true ones? Followers who support your work, trust you, and spread your message? If the answer’s no, it might be time to focus on depth over width. Ready to stop chasing numbers and start building a loyal community?

Happy Birthday!🌟
🥳 $53,000+ on YouTube in ONE Month 💸
In October 2022, we made over $53,000 in ONE month from YouTube ad revenue alone. That’s right—$53,000+ from just ADs! That’s not including: Sponsorships. Merchandise. Memberships. This was probably close to a $100,000 month for ONE f**king YouTube channel. Sorry to be rude, but I think you will agree that is completely insane. Here is the CRAZY part… This channel was started in a bedroom. With VERY basic equipment. No experience. No leg up. Just hard work and dedication. We started exactly probably exactly where you are RIGHT NOW. We did something EVERY single person on earth is capable of doing. Now, not every month hits $50k+. That was a standout month with a mix of unique factors. But this channel now consistently brings in $10,000 to $25,000 monthly in ad revenue. It’s real, and it’s achievable. But still, the main take-aways here are. - YouTube is an unbelievable gold mine if done correctly. You can make an eye watering amount of money.  YouTubers' are not special. They don't have endless budgets, or huge teams (most of them). They are regular people, who started out just like YOU. How do we know this, because we've done it, and we are REGULAR people 😂 It CAN be done. Are YOU going to make it happen this year?

Thinking of Giving Up? Read This.
I wanted to give up—not in a suicidal way, but from a business perspective. I felt lost and just wanted to quit on the spot. Then, I discovered this -> (image of The Valley of Despair) I think it perfectly captures what it feels like to be on a journey of improvement. X-axis: Competence Y-axis: Confidence Here’s what it shows: Uninformed Optimism: At first, you feel optimistic and confident, but you’re really just uninformed. Informed Pessimism: As you face challenges, you realize the reality of the situation, and that the “grass isn’t greener on the other side.” Valley of Despair: This stage tests whether you’re truly committed. It shows how important your goal really is to you, and it’s where most people quit. Informed Optimism: If you persevere through the Valley of Despair, your confidence will align with your competence, and you’ll finally get the hang of it. What this taught me, was that problems are inescapable and inevitable, but it’s a matter of what type of problems we want to face. I can’t give you an action to prevent this from happening, but I hope that if you’re in the Valley of Despair at the moment or facing it in the future, this image will remind you to keep pushing through. If you persevere, you’ll reach the end of the tunnel. I hope this post brought you some value.
