I've been listening to the sleep coach on my new garmin and using the tracking to help me... previously with Apple Watch I had to charge every night. Great to see the sleep stages and also starting to look properly at bedtime/ wake up consistency is something I'm already benefiting from and will help with training, recovery, hunger etc going forward

Why you tired all the time? I don't know I work out regularly I shouldn't be🤣. It don't get easier you just get better. Yes I'm tired and everything hurts. Sleep well, be regular and all will be good it took me 3 months to get back here. Don't give up!!!

Hump day innit? How’s it going?
Hello everyone, For the traditional Mon-Fri workers here, we are approaching the hump to the week, which means from here it’s all downhill (fast and fun - right?) to the weekend! How’s ur week been so far? I’m on a course this week, so I’m working from home which has its benefits and issues TBH. I have been for two runs in two days over lunch in addition to my morning BikeErg WODs which is good, but I have also been sorely tempted by the snack cupboard. Also I’m in charge of dinner which didn’t go so well last night. We planned chilli and nachos, but I defrosted bolognese instead of chilli 🤦‍♂️ I’m not feeling a run today so over lunchtime I’m planning a Burpee EMOM session instead 🤢. Happy Hump Day!

I've been in the office 2 days and now making the most of the last week of the school holidays here by going away for a few days... when I WFH the temptation of snacks is far greater than when I just take my food to the office so know what you mean there. It might be hump day but still 4.5 days left of the week to keep consistent and keep training and eating well
I just passed an exam!
Hey team, so this isn’t a training ‘win’ or a nutrition ‘win’ (I’m actually eating biscuits to celebrate as o type this 🍪, 🤪), but it’s a win for me. I’ve just done an exam Certified in Cyber Security and passed it! Which is good because my job at the moment is in CyberSecurity and I have (had) no qualifications in the field. It’s a win, I’ve studied for this, concurrent to work etc and increasing the amount of running in my week and enjoying training as HyRox Birmingham gets closer. I hope everyone else has had a win this week. Let us know 🤜 💥 🤛

Amazing Matt! Congrats! My win this week was not being recognised by someone who last saw me in Feb 2023

That was a tough run this morning! Managed to get just over 12km done as it lashed it down...
