Today's workout... Farmer's carry challenge (I did the single kettlebell version just for variety... it's more strenuous on the core and less for grip strength and traps. I did the whole circuit twice)... followed by some traditional bench presses and some pushups to finish off.

Based on the info provided, I need around 150 grams of protein per day... honestly I have no idea how much I consume... I have never counted calories or tracked macros... I think I'll look at it for a while to see if I'm in the right ballpark or not.
Recovery Day
This pic is a pretty good representation of how things went inside the Marchman household today. After a LONG week, we all just hit a wall and had a lazy football and movie Saturday. I’m about to hit a late afternoon “push-pull-hinge” workout, but other than that, body just felt like it needed some r&r…Sometimes THAT is the best progress you can make. What did you get into today?

I actually stopped after 21 min 30 sec of Farmer's carry with 30 lbs kettlebells because I had no circulation in my fingers, but I hadn't failed yet... I guess that's not enough weight for me currently
Form Fix Request
Any requests for today’s form tutorial??? Chime in and I’ll get something up later today!

I agree with the windmill requests... that's the most difficult for me. Today's workout... Farmer's carry challenge again... followed by your recent YouTube 10 min EMOM workout ...offset clean&press, pull-ups, swings

I was plenty uncomfortable today...did the Farmers carry challenge again, despite very sore traps and forearms that are still not recovered from previous 2 days worth of carries... followed this with 4 rounds each of the following kettlebell supersets: rows/cleans, deadlifts/pushups, single arm swings/sprinter situps, goblet squats/plank shoulder taps, clean&presses/Russian twists... I was totally exhausted by the end!
