Evolving from Agency to Change Agents
I am currently staying in this Yurt for the next few days, so I'm taking the time to share more about some of what I've been working on lately! For those of you who came from StateChange or know of Ray Deck, him and I have been collaborating to develop a system that not only produces products, it produces producers. The great opportunity of low-code/no-code is speed and own-ability. These tools enable businesses to create software themselves that's going to deliver great value for their customers with both a high rate of speed and where they are in control. Instead of being an agency, we act as change agents. We bring the business people closer to the technical side - and bring the technical people closer to the business side. But this requires working closely with the client and their team. This isn't an initiative they can throw far away from themselves - it is an investment in themselves and the skills of their internal team. We believe the results of this process will overtake the agency model, and we are already putting that theory to the test with clients.

I'm giving away Snappy for free! ๐Ÿค–
I have decided to give Snappy away for free to this community! To gain access, all you need to do is reach Level 2! I spent hundreds of hours putting Snappy together so that anyone could easily establish the critical parts of their web app in as little as 20 minutes. That means User Authentication, Stripe Payments, Google OAuth, Magic Link Password Reset, Stripe Connect, Stripe Subscriptions, and more, all ready to go. I've considered offering it for $250, $500, or even $999...but I've decided what I would rather have in exchange is you taking part in this community. I figure that this way, you can get started with building your web app, and if you need private help, you can reach out to me for further investment. By the end of this week, Snappy will be available in the community classroom to anyone at Level 2 or higher :) Eventually, this might be raised to Level 3. To reach Level 2, simply get 5 "thumbs up" on your comments or posts. Once there, you'll get access to the Snappy Boilerplate and can join our weekly calls to learn how to use it to build your idea. Feel free to invite other motivated builders to join this community. Low-code is growing, and so is our group! If you'd like to learn how low-code can boost your earnings and save you money, join our office hours calls or send me a DM!

I'm shocked you are giving this away! Perhaps the people here can re-sell it for each install they use it for clients they have (minimum $1k) with 50% going to you? Otherwise, if they use it for their own apps, with each one, they give you a thoughtful video and text testimonial so you can use those to propel your marketing efforts and conversion for this? You are always so kind and that's to be commended, but this took you dozens of hours of work in addition to your experience in the industry which has real value. Anyway, hope you don't mind me sharing these thoughts here.
Using Communities for Growth
In the digital world, one of our most valuable assets is community โ€” networks filled with professionals who bring unique experiences and skills. Engaging in these communities can significantly expand your opportunities by tapping into collective knowledge. Product-focused communities are especially active and beneficial for professionals working with platforms like Webflow, Wized, Xano, WeWeb, Flutterflow, and more. Communities such as the Wized Discord, Webflow Discussions, and the Xano Forums are excellent places to build your reputation and enhance your skills. Many members have recently joined us from the Finsweet Slack, bringing with them valuable Webflow expertise! Making these connections can accelerate your learning and enable you to offer services you once thought were out of reach. Being part of a community can transform you from an unknown stranger into a trusted contact, opening doors to new possibilities. Your success in the digital space will be defined not just by your technical skills but also by the strength of your network. If you know of any well-established communities you would recommend, share them in the comments below!

About to launch my first SaaS ๐Ÿคž
Hey everyone, ๐Ÿ‘‹ haven't posted a lot here. My name is Leon. On the day to day, I run a low-code development agency. But I thought, some of you might find this interesting: Over the last two weeks (and with quite a bit of planning beforehand) we have been participating in the Wized.com x Memberstack.com "Build a Software as a Service project in 2 weeks" challenge. We built a component/content library for a software solution that I've been developing for the last 1.5+ years alongside my client projects. The software solution (called StudioForm - it makes creating advanced forms for collecting user data much easier) itself (/ directly) rarely had the greatest ROI / EHR.... :.. But I still couldn't keep my hands off the project - something about it made me want to pursue it further. Well, anyway, we're about to start focusing on the direct ROI part of the project: ๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿš€ (The live domain will be: https://www.studioform.pro/)
