I'm thinking of setting up a second skool group to relate to my 15 years running a National Dog Training Academy in the UK. I don't want to get into all the aggression issues and serious behaviour issues, but I have a real passion for teaching dogs to come back when their called! I'm wondering if that is too small a niche in the dog training world? What's anybody's thoughts? I think it would have to be free to start then a monthly membership fee with everything free in the group. Thanks in advance for any comments.

I am reaching out for help and advice I started my community around a month back on Skool, it was going all over the place, not properly targeting any specific niche and i think i was offering too much Now, i have two ideas! One, to start a community to help people with learning digital marketing, online business and remote work, because, i have considerable knowledge and experience in finance and marketing and i have my small digital marketing agency. This can be a good option because its high in demand and can be monetized, however very saturated niche Two, i have been an introvert all my life, however, with my years of experience in corporate world i can help fellow introverts to put themselves out in the world through personal development, gaining confidence and learning skills, this niche seems closer to my heart, very targeted, but not sure how i will be able to monetize it I would really appreciate your valuable feedback
