Into the a weekend…!!!
It comes around quick, blink and the weekend is hitting us all. I’m working in Sussex all weekend and probably cover 18hrs days in the next few days. My aim is just to get about 50grams of protein in the 3 main meals. Water, salt 🧂 and coffee ☕️ Hopping yours won’t be as hectic….!? What’s everyone’s plans?

Sat - Team Games, brunch, studying, sewing Sunday - Met Con, celebrating Matt G’s b’day, studying, sewing, reading, early to bed That’s ideal world! But kids, housework and pets are always demanding my attention!! So we shall see

My favourite breakfast is honey on toast…BUT if I’m disciplined I’ll have Greek yogurt and fruit and honey and chia seeds. Then I’ll have scrambled eggs for lunch (no bread) and yogurt and fruit if I didn’t have it for breakfast
