Totally intimidated by this but going to try.. Confused, if i set my own rules, I hope I eat/not eat to benefit enough. I’ve read /watched lots of Cate’s lessons… Still overwhelmed .

@Adrienne Caldwell OK! I definitely am not doing what others seem to be doing. Basically, I am eating vegan, less all around, no wheat, alcohol, nor sugar, and only 1 cup of coffee mid morning. Drinking lemon water and hot spice water all day… I have enjoyed 3 of the living soup recipes ! However, they don’t get me very far energy-wise. Love kitchari . So, just want to continue!
Tinnitus
Someone in the chat on yesterday’s call brought up tinnitus.. Good question! I have tinnitus ..wondering if this detox might alleviate it. Stress is big factor in tinnitus, as is caffeine, alcohol…

It’s Kitchari time! I’ve missed my curried mung beans! This batch came out so good. I put some sweet potato and after it was done I threw 2 handfuls of spinach leaves in. The red pepper flakes give it a little kick! What are YOU eating?

Cafeine
I find that green tea helps with intermittent fasting. I'm up at 5 and very hungry in the morning and the green tea kind of lulls the hunger until 9-10am (which gives a 16-8 or 15-9 rhythm most days). So I'm hesitant to cut cafeine (plus I hate to do cafeine withdrawal!). Any advice for that? Would it be better to quit cafeine and do a shorter fasting window?

@Marsha Roscoe yes, good point. The hot water and up and moving helps. I get up early too. I’ll try sipping a little caffeine later!
