💦 Pee in the middle of the night 💦
It’s been awhile since I haven’t needed to get up in the middle of the night to go pee. I have experimented with stopping drinking water much earlier in the day, but my bladder still wakes me up. I also see water retention in the form of swelling in my upper cheeks. I understand it’s water element imbalance and am curious what I can try to balance it out?

Bone density and healing a spinal fracture
My mom fell and broke her L3/L4. I’m asking for her and for my prevention and desire to strengthen bones in the family. I sense that it’s a Vata imbalance running in the family that leads to reduction in bone density. Cate and everyone, please share your successes and knowledge with reducing pain from spinal fracture and the best healing practices + prevention by improving bone density. We are already incorporating abyanga, certain foods rich in Ca. I’d like to make herbal bundles to put as compresses on the side that is sore. She is on a high dose of ibuprofen to manage pain and is also taking antibiotics for prevention/treatment of Lyme disease after a tick bite.
