Intro
Morning Lads ..... Downloaded SK App this morning- weird how things appear when you need them .... I'm a Dad & bonus Dad .... Lost my daughters Mum to cancer, my Mum to cancer & my Dad to 'loneliness' within 18 months back in 2013-2015 .... I haven't allowed myself to grieve & still suffer daily .... Like lots of you I live my life on pins feeling 'not good enough', full of self doubt, guilt, scared, worried, cruising, just getting by .... But don't let the world see this to the point where most people that know me would say 'Sean is such a great positive guy' .... I'm great at raising others significance and even better at lowering my own .... Need to wobble my head & get back to living .... Let's fucking go ....

Mission & Standards
For a man pursuing success, can you have a mission without standards? Or standards without a mission? Or do both need to work hand-in-hand. A life mission is the energy in our lives, bringing purpose and direction, and allowing us to embrace life more fully. Standards are the vehicle, the delivery mechanism that allows you to achieve the mission. If you have a life mission but no standards, the likelihood is that the mission will never be accomplished. Imagine a high-priority military mission needing highly trained soldiers. Would that mission be accomplished by untrained soldiers without ingrained standards? No, those soldiers need high standards to accomplish the mission. But if you have high standards and no mission, could you become complacent because they’re not directed toward any outcome? For me, the mission and the standards work hand-in-hand. The mission is vital for direction, purpose, and energy, and the standards are vital to achieving the mission in the first place. Both of these subjects will be covered at the Remember The Mission Summit in November, where over 100 men will learn how to build their life mission and the standards to achieve it. You can join our waiting list by using the link below. 👇🏼 https://jamesboardman.kartra.com/page/summitwaitinglist #LifeMission #Success #Standards #Purpose #Direction #Leadership #PersonalGrowth #Mentorship #MissionAccomplished #HighStandards

My default is to shut down, stick my head in the sand etc I am becoming more & more conscious though that it doesn't work. I feel more powerful when I take action even if it turns out to be the wrong path I've followed - at least I've moved. I'm feeling more & more that being a 'nice guy' results in people taking advantage of me & me feeling used & unappreciated Download complete ...
