It looks like you are holding the KB too tightly, can't really tell but if your hands are soar after maybe try to loosen your hold when the KB is moving
inspired by the kata
For a few days I have been remembering the kata that was a really fun challenge, so yesterday I decided to do a double KB workout inspired in it. EMOM dead lift 2X push up 2X swing 2X clean press 2X (or clean and press 2X) squat and press 2X I had to alternate between EMOM and ENOM (1.5 min every other set) For the last 5 minutes or so I changed it up EMOM dead lift 1X push up 1X swing 1X clean clean and press 1X squat and press 1X half snatch

It finally happened, congratulations, doubles are essential for anyone that does KB regularly.

I saw this week WOW and was a bit sceptic so I gave it a go and regreted having any doubts. I think the trick is to go as heave a you dare, I did it with one and double 24kg. Swinging 48kg requires me to really concentrate in the movement, and to reclute every muscle available, today even my calves felt sore.
