🚨Connecting Wholesalers With Resellers🚨
This has been an on going project of mine and our team has expanded to over 20 people. We sell about 1-2k items per week. As the team grows I would like for them to have the ability to grow their own businesses. So the plan.... TO connect resellers who do not have access to inventory to link up with other distributors within the group so you can GROW. This is the first step. More info to follow.

This is great. We are ready to source premium brands from wholesalers. Keep us updated...If Anyone's close to AZ that has more time to do sourcing at the GW Bins?

Those of you with stores, do you have any Labor Day Sales running on you summer goods? I have shorts, women's items and a bunch of older stock items on discounts this weekend, ending just afer Labor Day. Am I alone?

Free Shipping or No
Hey everyone, I’m not sure if I asked this question before. On eBay which one is best, offer Free Shipping or charge shipping? Some people say add shipping and some say free shipping. Information overload on a simple question but looking for advice.

Customer claims shirt ripped
I sent out a shirt that was not ripped. The person got it on the 21st and i usually wait a couple of days before i send feedback. Pretty much as soon as i sent feedback, i got email from him saying he wore the shirt yesterday to work and looked in the mirror and it was ripped. I sent him a message that it wasn't ripped when i packed it and asked if the package was intact as it is insured by the usps and sent him a link to how to file a claim. Do you think i handled that correctly?

How we handle these: In the event that a Buyer claims damage, always respond by asking for pictures of item laying flat on front / back and a close-up of damage. Once you get the pictures. (if they do not match the pictures of product you took- we take 8-12pictures to make sure we capture everything) I kindly state that product is no longer in the same condition as they were shipped as seen in the photo's provided during your purchase. You did buy an "used" item, however our pictures show it was in great condition when listed/shipped. If you decide to return, please keep in mind that eBay's Seller protection program would most likely mean you will not receive a Full Refund due to the product's altered state(after admitted use in previous message). This means you could receive only 50% of the purchase price and I always want to be upfront on eBay TOS of your purchases during a return. Also, keep in mind our policy when you made your purchase is buy pays return shipping. So, if you would like to proceed - Please just click the open return and we will await the product to arrive back. ***(Yes, if they click some return reasons --I will have to pay return shipping -- however I like to plant the idea that to someone I feel is scamming/abusing ebay with the thought they are going to have to pay for a return shipping cost as well as not get a Full refund) THEN END COMMUNICATION 100%. Process the return at 50% money back and Let eBay handle it from there. If the customer gets nasty/foul language, etc.(remember: Negative feedback can be removed by eBay if it does not follow the guidelines and will not go against you) I have had plenty of them removed for foul language because I was upfront on the 50% refund. I do not inform them ever that eBay will pay the other half (no sense to reward a**hats that abuse the return system) We are at 99.7% on eBay for feedback and we started our account in 1999. (someone decided to give us 1 Negative product review which eBay will not remove even though it has nothing to do with the buyers experience of the transaction- just an item they disliked)

another quick note: WE ONLY LEAVE FEEDBACK on transactions that left us Feedback. (we state this with a business card that is included with item)
