🍌 Price Increase INCOMING
I kno i kno, you might hate me for it but tuff titties ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ were adding some pretty beefy things to Clients in October (and simplifying a lot) and so were gonna have to raise the prices (not even to mention the new week event coming here soon!) but im giving you a heads up now, so you dont blame me later. I actually have already mentioned what 1 or 2 of them are... any guesses?

Captivate Clients is freaking awesome value! 🙌
🙃 Secret New Event 4 U
After asking for a TON of feedback We decided to delay Rainbow Games this month. Here’s why babyyyyy 1. Rainbow Games is for getting your offer down and getting your first money online with it. 2. It follows a 2 week gamified system that has a massive track record of success. 3. The major thing it DOES NOT directly attack is mindset. 4. Mindset is the one (albeit abstract) thing that prevents the offer from EVER being completed. Last week you shared AWESOMELY vulnerable stuff about what was in your way. So now I ask. If we paused rainbow games to address one MAJOR internal challenge 4 u… What would it be?

Mindset around limiting beliefs that make me procrastinate and stop me from moving into action. Not everyday feels like this. But some days can be tougher than others. Learning from other entrepreneurs how others cope with any limiting beliefs could help give me a boost of inspiration 😄
What comes 1st? TRUST or VULNERABILITY
I think from speaking to quite a few next gen emerging entrepreneurs, leaders and people trying to find their authentic voice and build business that create positive impact, Something I've noticed that leaders struggle with (that I have struggled with too is), how to raise your hand and ask for help? Many of us are very eager to help someone. Which is a great starting point. But many of us struggle to know when and how to ask for help. Often when we are stuck in a rut, we tend to start isolating ourselves coz our first instinct isn't always who should I reach out to for help. There is a lot of shame and guilt around feeling weak, expressing vulnerability and asking for help. After a lot of work on myself of healing my traumas on my journey of business and life in general I've been learning from amazing mentors like Brene Brown that AUTHENTIC VULNERABILITY is actually a SUPER POWER. But does VULNERABILITY come first or does TRUST come first? According to Brene they both happen simultaneously. Helping people to trust in others so that they can powerfully express their vulnerabilities in a 'safe space' is a game changer for human expression as a whole. How are you choosing to raise your hand and ask for help? & How are you choosing to courageously trust or courageously be vulnerable in business and life in general?

Mentor or Tormentor? | Authentic Leader or Horrible Boss?
Motivating and leading your team as a leader and trying to bring out the best in them can be really hard to do. But if you have the right skills, frameworks, know how to manage team dynamics and do it with the intention of serving your team it is also a very fulfilling experience for leaders and every team member. This is what I have been teaching next gen emerging leaders for over 15 years now. I've been a student of leadership and I've been learning from some of the best leaders in the world. But my journey as a leader started because I kept encountering bad leaders and horrible bosses on my career path. That journey of my career has been very painful in so many ways. All those horrible bosses taught me what not to do as a leader. They were not MENTORS. More like TORMENTORS. men·tor /ˈmenˌtôr,ˈmen(t)ər/ noun - an experienced and trusted adviser. tor·men·tor /tôrˈmen(t)ər/ noun - a person who inflicts severe mental or physical suffering on someone. Now I've been working on converting the pain from the bad experiences with horrible leaders to become a purposeful experience of giving back to the next generation of leaders. In a way I've become the leader I needed when I was younger. I am truly passionate about helping the next generation of leaders to unshackle themselves from any limiting beliefs and biases. To help them to find their true authentic voice. So that they can serve the people they lead with authenticity and courage. The ripple effect of that impact is tremendous. The thought of that impact is what makes me jump out of bed every morning. If you are on your journey of finding your authentic voice and courageous leader within. I would love to share more about our vision and values around this just because of driving authentic leadership forward and helping next gen leaders create thriving workplace cultures that people love working at. DM me if you would like to be mentored in becoming an authentic and courageous leader that people love working for.

@Ian Carpenter thanks for sharing Ian. There are so many people in workplaces that are experiencing toxic environments and horrible leaders. My hope is that all the entrepreneurs connected with Skool choose to be authentic leaders than horrible bosses.
Inbox Zero
It's important to strive for this. It makes life so much less stressful. Sometimes you have like 50+ messages you have been avoiding. This is your reminder just to take a night and go through them. I know you can do it. you're a big girl/boy and responsible!!! It's not your fault completely either. So don't be afraid that you have an inbox build up. Newsletters, reminders, bills you can't pay, something that takes too long to do... i get it. but i HIGHLY recommend working towards inbox zero. That's having zero emails. zero. not 1... zero ya silly! I just finished my professional email inbox, and scheduling to do my personal one with 22 emails, for Wednesday. If you want to know how I manage to do this most of the year, comment below "I wanna know how you do it!"

A clogged up email inbox is quite frustrating at times. But it is definitely quite satisfying to see zero unread emails in your inbox. I guess it's also a nice dopamine rush to get that state of cleanliness in your inbox. I wanna know how you do it @Jeffrey Buoncristiano
