I feel like there’s a huge lack of Muslim fitness instructors. Sure, there’s many great instructors out there with great advice and knowledge but they don’t understand the concept that; us Muslims, we have to navigate through life using our religion and building a life around our religion and not practice our religion around our life. As a result I feel that this is something perfect for me and that I can greatly benefit from such an environment. For me, environment is very important and so there’s nothing more helpful than a group where Muslim brothers come together to encourage each other in doing good 💪💪💯

A little bit of all I’d say. Working on all of them gradually. Slowly but surely 💪🙏

This is a perfect and very concise summary of some key lessons we can learn from Ramadan! The most important lesson I learnt during Ramadan this year was that this blessed month teaches us what we are really capable of. Just how much one can push themselves. We can go much further and do much more than we think we do. Ramadan gives us a peak at our true capabilities and we just need to unlock that level of performance in us. Personally, I’m always scared of overworking or exhausting myself but all that doubt and fear in my mind is just Shaytaan trying to keep me from getting closer to Allah. So my takeaway from this blessed month is that inshaAllah I will continue doing all my a’maal that I have been able to do during Ramadan for all the other months as well 💪💯
