Girl bringing up past run-ins with celebrities & high status men, shit test or something more?

Hey Fellas,

First time posting in here, wanted to get the communities opinion on something I ran into with a chick I’ve been seeing. Some background I’m 29 she’s 24 we both live in NYC and have been seeing each other for a little over a month now, she is an attractive girl.

While out last night, she brought up she was at a friends birthday dinner/party at a rooftop spot where other people there included known celebrities and musicians as guests who she told me she talked with there. She told me her friend who is a model used to date this actor who came up in our conversation earlier in the night. I read this as a shit test by her to see if I would be insecure with her being around these kinds of men and joked that my guy friend also used to date the actor and that he swings both ways. She laughed at my obvious sarcasm and we continued on with night.

Later in the evening after having sex she asked if I knew this guys name who is a CEO of a large public company. I said I haven’t heard of him, then she let me know that she met him out in the city one night and asked for her number and texted her the following morning but she ghosted him. I joked with her again and said you probably should have responded you could have had a nice sugar baby situation for yourself if you followed up with him if you’re into that sort of thing. She laughed again and we moved onto normal conversation.

I’ve had girls bring up hanging out with celebrities and athletes while dating in the past like this but this seemed more calculated to me and really a shit test of sorts to see how I would react to her being around these kinds of high status men. Wanted to get the communities opinions and feedback on what you think her angle may have been with this and how to properly handle moving forward if this subject comes up again.

For further background she’s constantly asking when she can see me again and has brought up inviting me and seeing me for future events and trips to see me for when I’m spending my winter in Florida out of the city.
