Time Awareness
One of our Live assistants will occasionally pull the times from the calendar, and the first slot it pulls will be tomorrow, but then it will offer appointments today, but then when they pick the time it puts it on the calendar for tomorrow.
Anyone experienced this and how did you fix your prompt to account for this?
