Time Awareness
One of our Live assistants will occasionally pull the times from the calendar, and the first slot it pulls will be tomorrow, but then it will offer appointments today, but then when they pick the time it puts it on the calendar for tomorrow. Anyone experienced this and how did you fix your prompt to account for this?

I would try having the agent check what time it is right now in the pompt and asking it to give the closest available time first
One account not transferring calls
@Jorden Williams is there a way to transfer a call with the custom tools? For the life of me the agent will not transfer a call. I've tried recreating the agent, and doing a simple prompt with only the call transfer tool. No go. It is running on twilio number not lc or assistable. Anyone have any ideas?

@Jakin Harper Correct. If number is through twilio no go on the transfer. Other tools work fine

@Jason Dueck yes I am aware of that. Tested with multiple tools with built in tools. And just the one transfer tool. Same result with the twilio number.
Will be resolved with 2.1: Knowledge base stopped working properly
Edit: This morning I had my first client telling me my final version test bot is making up information that is untrue, I checked and he was right. I was very frustrated... So I created this whole post trying to prove I uploaded the knowledge base file correctly and it used to be working and now its broken. Thanks to help of @Brandon Rodriguez I realised that knowledge base txt files don't work for voice yet, and Jorden already mentioned this. Truth is some other people I chatted with before already told me knowledge base doesn't work for voice , but I completely forgot about it and went on and had my first client test my bot on voice. This was my mistake, I should have remembered. I am writing it out here for all the other new comers to realise there is a "Assistable Known Issues List" that only experienced users know, and new comers only learn thru mistakes and frustration. If I am to comment a single word about transparency, this community deserves a "Assistable Known Issues List" for every new comer to reference before posting a long post here as I did this morning. I hope kb for voice issue gets solved with 2.1. Original Post: I have a TXT file with the information of doctors names and education etc. for my client. I have a clear reference on my prompt to check that file if user asks about the doctor. That TXT file was uploaded 17 days ago and was tested many times and it was properly calling out info from the TXT file in the knowledge base. Today when we ask the assistant about doctors it doesn't reference the correct info, and worse it makes up names that are never mentioned anywhere ever. It's like asking Halie bot about Jorden and instead of giving out the correct info, she begins talking about someone named Michael, that she tottaly made up. @Cemre Sancaktar what issue did you have with using a custom tool? You could have the main prompt. Then if they want more info on a doctor. Use a custom tool to grab the info. I do something similar for some storage units. When they want to know what current units are available, I use a custom tool to send to N8N which goes to their site scrapes the current available units, converts it to a text block and sends it back to the voice agent. Works really well.
