Tips for me
I'm 15 and I have a 31 inch vert, my plan to increase it is the following
  • Get really strong on the compound lifts (squat, clean,deadlift, calf raise, hip thrust etc)
  • Jump a lot (without getting injured)
  • do isometrics
  • sprints
