Tips for me
I'm 15 and I have a 31 inch vert, my plan to increase it is the following - Get really strong on the compound lifts (squat, clean,deadlift, calf raise, hip thrust etc) - Jump a lot (without getting injured) - do isometrics - sprints Is this good. Let me know if you have any tips for me. Thanks.

Junk volume
Could not max effort be considered junk volume/ harm your vert? Did you ever accidentaly do junk volume in your training? How did you figure it out?
