Welcome to the Challenge!🏆
First off I'd like to extend a huge thanks for participating in this community. My goal is to create a melting pot of people from all walks of life combined by one thing, their passion for fitness and seeing results! Each week a challenge will be set to for you to complete via the 'classroom' tab. This may be related to fitness, strength, endurance or even lifestyle. Your goal each week is to simply turn up, give it a go and post up your results with a video or picture of you completing the task as proof! Hopefully by completing these tasks you will build good habits that over time improve your longevity! In the spirit of competition and camaraderie all that I request is that you help lift and motivate others to be the best they can and help one another with any issues they have from fitness to business and everything in between! Each challenge will have THREE categories: - Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced Ensure you are competing against people at a similar level as you that will push you to the next level by following the guidelines of each task. Venison burger and salad for dinner this evening, had a decent feed through the day post workout so just trying to get some good protein in with the burger and to keep the calories low

Good morning ladies and gents, who’s up for a little easy challenge to keep Mondays energy going to the mid week! All you need for this one is a mobile phone in your pocket, a Fitbit on your wrist or any other step tracking device. That’s right, I want to know how many times your feet pound the pavement today! Let everyone know the number of steps you’ve done at the end of the day. Submissions at 10pm your local time! Get moving!
