Would love triggers for churning members and cancelled members. Would be super useful for those using a CRM to manage contacts.
Example use:
Someone starts churning. Examples:
- CRM moves member into winback email sequence
- Send message to a slack channel so we can begin DMing for winback/churn reason.
- Send task to task manager of choice to DM customer
If someone customer cancels it would be good to remove them from the CRM as an active customer. Also remove them as a prospect for higher ticket or add a note to high ticket that they churned.
