Ran interval sprints on the treadmill through the Sprint8 program. Walking speed at 2.5mph and running speed starting at 7.0mph and going up to 7.5mph. Hit about 1.21miles.
The reason why I am doing this is to burn as much fat as possible and to lose the weight a little faster. I think as soon as my weight drops significantly it’ll make such a difference in my running! 💪🔥
