I did the Sprint 8 program twice on the treadmill which were 20mins each basically doing intervals of 30 second sprints and 1:30 walk. It also brings the elevation up along with the speed so the first one went up to about 6.5mph sprints and then the second program that I did went up to 7.5mph. Between the two programs I did about 2.35miles. Felt great and this exercise is really good for fat burn!!🔥🔥
