I lost 100 pounds and eat like Iโ€™m 300 still
Iโ€™ve noticed over time that when I lost weight I could eat more and burn it off faster . I definitely know itโ€™s not magic , me moving more and losing weight for sure speeded up my metabolism

1 cup of egg whites and 1 whole egg with Siracha hot sauce 1 piece of toast with peanut butter Smoothie with blueberry (half cup) , peanut butter (1tbsp) protein powder (half scoop) and creatine powder (about 3.5g) Lots of water
