Workout: Running
This is the felt I’ve ever felt running tonight. I don’t know what was going on but I had so much energy and just ran for a full 26mins straight, NO WALKING!!!!!!!!🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
I hit 3.6K which is a new record and I kept gradually bringing up the speed. My pace is getting better, my endurance is getting better and I’m feeling unbelievable!!
The funniest part is, I was contemplating whether or not I should run tonight or do more weight training, so I hopped on the treadmill and after realizing how good I felt, I just couldn’t stop! I gotta keep this feeling/mentality every time I run🔥🔥🔥
