Diagnostic Tools
Besides one-on-one conversations and questionnaires, I am curious to learn more about the diagnostic tools you use in getting to the bottom of the Needs of your Clients, i.e. their needs, priorities and be able to craft their workshop objectives and outcomes.
What magic tools or questions do you use that works for you.
