Hi, everyone! As many of you already know, my name is Manuel, and I'm an Online Fitness Coach for Musicians, who decided to create this community! I started to work out at home, when I was still an adolescent, and first stepped into a gym 9 years ago. My main goal was to gain muscle mass to achieve a more aesthetic physique, but that desire quickly evolved to something much, much bigger. Two years later, I started to follow Bodybuilding channels, and decided that I wanted to compete in that sport. I ended up doing exactly that, 3 years later, in 2020 (an amazing year to do hard things, remember?). All of that while following a plant-based diet (still do to this day, but to a lesser consistent degree) and being a father at 23 years old, fresh of my Masters degree in Composition. Those were tough times, but as a result of that, not wanting to be dependant only on my music creation to provide for my family, I decided to venture myself in the fitness realm, aiming for an Online Fitness Coach career from the beginning. Since then, I've been working online for 3 years now, and recently decided to specialize in helping only musicians on their fitness journey. I ended up competing in Bodybuilding a second time, in 2022, and hated it. And that was also a big part in wanting to work with a different group of people, other than athletes, or other physique oriented only individuals. Meanwhile, my career as an athlete has taken a back seat, since I'm now focusing the most on this community, and on my current 1:1 clients. But a year and a half ago I decided to try Powerlifting and fell in love with it, so that's what I'm practicing in the gym, at the moment. I also enjoy Strongman a lot, as well as Cycling, and outside the sports realm I'm interested in various topics like, Personal Development and Astrophysics. And that's it!
