Protein pancakes scramble: 1/2 cup powdered oats 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 egg Greek yoghurt to mix the ingredients to pancake batter consistency. 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp baking powder A pinch of salt Stevia if you like it sweeter Procedure: Slightly spray the pan with butter Pour the batter and cook one side till golden then turn it and break it like a scrambling eggs. Serve it with berries and maple syrup But I just it with berries Warm and comforting.

Morning all!... There is only ONE diet-pill we all should swallow on a DAILY basis… - It’s 100% FREE. - It’s NOT a magic bullet. - It’s NOT a pill, powder, or supplement. - It’s NOT even a fat burner supplement. - It’s something I recommend (and often joke about) to every client I’ve ever coached. It’s called consistency. Consistency, NOT perfection is the real secret of the 6%ers who achieve their goals, because there is there’s no such thing as “perfection” when it comes to health and fat-loss. - YOU’RE going to eat bad food sometimes when you’re not supposed to. - WE are going to eat bad food sometimes when we’re not supposed to. - Sometimes you’re going to skip an exercise session and be lazy when you shouldn’t. - So will WE. - Many times you may even fall off track for more than a few days (or weeks) at a time. Hey, it happens to all of us! It’s called LIFE. So the next time you mess up your diet or you slack off and skip a workout -- or you fall off track for a while… Forget about it! Who cares?!? Forgive yourself immediately, shake it off, and start over again TOMORROW. - NOT this coming Monday. - NOT the first of the month. - NOT when everything is “just right” in your life. Start over again TOMORROW. And NEVER quit starting over again. This is the only way you’re going to make progress that will last with your body and health. Dwelling on your mistakes or inconsistencies is nothing but a WASTE of time and energy. And whenever you beat yourself up or get stuck in a rut, always remember this saying: “Yesterday is in the tomb. Tomorrow is in the womb. All we have is TODAY.” In other words, the journey IS the destination. So do yourself a big favor… Make sure you wake up EVERY day and take this diet pill called “consistency” and FORGET about perfection. It doesn’t exist. I am SO excited that we now have 151 members as part of this community as of today’s date! I would LOVE to see you interacting! I KNOW that I have gotten so much from this program and community so far! Coach @Shaun Hadsall and Coach @Terrill Sydnes are giving so, so much VALUE to US! 😊 👉🏻 You have heard the quote ‘You only get so much out of something for the EFFORT that you put into it.’ So….don’t me shy. 😬😳😉 Start with even entering your CWESP score and don’t feel guilty/ashamed what the answer is. I was 9 when I started. 🧐 Don’t be afraid to interact and let everyone know your goals, questions and be accountable. 😊 That is what this community is ALL about! Wednesday Workout Reminder: If you really think you don’t have time to get fit, try waiting in a doctor’s office… It's 100X more time consuming and expensive than fitness. Try to look at your fitness plan through THIS lens: If you knew you could invest LESS than 3% of your time every week into something that is 100% guaranteed to make you a superior human being… Physically. Mentally. Emotionally. Spiritually. Financially. Relationally. Would it be worth it? Of course, it would. All progress starts by telling ourselves the truth. And the truth is, we can’t afford NOT to make the time for fitness. It impacts EVERY area. Even bad-ass businessmen with insane work schedules, like Elon & Zuckerberg realize this fact. Keep going strong.
