Hello, I know we are suppose to have some form of Starch or fruit 45 min to 1-5hrs prior to excercise and then after correct? I have been making my own version of the "pudding" I cut my oats down to 1/4 cup because half a cup was too much and I couldnt eat it all with the other stuff added...1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2tbs of pb powder, 1 scoop high protein powder. Today I made bfast and couldnt finish barely half. Should I just cut out the Oats all together. Also Im not going to get to workout now when i wanted and will have to move into lunch. Do I just eat protein and Vegg?
