An Idea for a kumite?
To me, the unbrokenness is the most unique feature of the kettlebell. As I write this, I can’t think of any other sport where you keep a weight in motion continuously for an extended period.
Couldn’t that be a fun kumite?
Pick up a kettlebell of your choice and keep it in motion for as long as possible. All exercises are allowed as long as the bell doesn’t touch the ground. Resting positions are only permitted in the rack, overhead, or in a deep squat (without leaning your elbows on your thighs). Deadlifts are allowed, but you can’t just let the weight hang.
I’m not sure if it would be necessary to adjust for the difficulty of higher weights compared to lower weights, but if so, I’m confident could come up with the suitable math 😄
