Nov challenge day 12
Thankful Sarah did the following emotional labor
- Got my son’s attention and said “hey watch this” and touched me on the back and said I love you. I don’t think he’s ever seen that and felt that emotional labor touching all of us
- Comforted me when she could tell I was hurt about a nasty interaction with my dad. Also allowed me time to process before asking me to do anything else
- Validated and listened to me vent about this guy who was just at our house and used me as an excuse for cheating on his wife. I was feeling hurt a lot today and gonna use that emotional labor comfort for 2 points
- Complimented me for doing some tasks that are normally thankless and just my job to get done, but she knows that rewarding me with positive reinforcement makes me feel good
