Coach Cornelia Holm Joins us!

We are incredibly proud to welcome Coach Cornelia Holm to our community! Cornelia brings an exceptional depth of knowledge and experience to our team. Starting with her wrestling background—guided by her father, a wrestling coach—she quickly developed into a versatile fighter. As an amateur, Cornelia claimed the Swedish, European, and World Championship titles in aktier MMA, then went on to build a remarkable professional career with organizations like PFL, Oktagon, UAE Warriors, and Cage Warriors.

Cornelia’s expertise spans all aspects of fighting, with a particular strength in cage wrestling, fight preparation, and nutrition. Her contributions will undoubtedly enrich our community, and we’re excited to see the impact she’ll make
