Hey everyone! My name is Mikias. I used to train at GBG MMA when it was located in Kortedal Gothenburg. Currently I’m training a little Muay Thai.
Over the years we’ve seen more lower body control/ leg tie’s from wrestlers (Khabib, Khamzat and many more) Seen luke rockhold and Jake shields use it to! The position is a very dominant position and very hard to get out of. My question is. What are some key things think about when your put in this position and techniques to escape it?
