Issues in Top Bodylock on the fence
On the fence sometimes I have difficulties in get going when I get a bodylock, I feel I do not have much strenght or stability and sometimes I cannot takedown or mat return the opponent. Basically I try to put the knee inside to hit a twisting takedown removing the opponent from the fence, if not possible I try to put the leg behind to "table" him or in front to off-balance the other way. Do you have any tips on this position, both in posture and possible follow-ups? Thank you

Harai goshi defense and counter
On the fence I noticed that many athletes are hitting consistently Harai Goshi, which is, in my opinion, a very dangerous technique to be hit with (causing knee problems). I wanted to know if, on the fence and in the open, someone has tips to defend and counter, particularly keeping the knees safe, both in training and in competition. Thank you

Leg tie/ Russian triangle escape
Hey everyone! My name is Mikias. I used to train at GBG MMA when it was located in Kortedal Gothenburg. Currently I’m training a little Muay Thai. Over the years we’ve seen more lower body control/ leg tie’s from wrestlers (Khabib, Khamzat and many more) Seen luke rockhold and Jake shields use it to! The position is a very dominant position and very hard to get out of. My question is. What are some key things think about when your put in this position and techniques to escape it?
