Second time ever skating!!
Well I fell on my back once and then went down on my knee but other than that I was able to go around and get some good amount of skating in. That first video I was already ready to get off the ice, I had fun but I do wish there were more opportunities to ice skate or play hockey when I was younger but here’s to keep trying and creaking opportunities for myself to explore my interests.

Workout Programs
I’m trying to find a good workout program to do to help me improve on the ice but I am having troubles finding one. Anyone have any suggestions? I’m working out 2-3 times a week.

Prep hockey
im looking to play prep for other teams in canada i live in ontario currently. I have an offer from one for the 2025-26 season in ontario but i want to play others in the BC area and others out of ontario as I feel they are a better fit. If i were to try and paly for them should i have to fly out for the tryouts? Whats my best move in this situation
