Hey Prime Movers!!! I had SO MUCH fun this week, hanging out everyday! Today I've been recovering a little bit, but plan to start dropping some more cool stuff in here (as well as the 'One-To-Many Mastery' group, and the 'Conversation Domination' groups - for those who upgraded to Prime Mover Foundations). But... before I go turn on the UFC fights... I wanted to give you guys something real quick that I think you'll LOVE!!! I am planning on posting our split test results each week so you guys can model them in your funnels, but thought I'd share this one for today. I published this book about 10 years ago, but 95% of the tests inside of it are VERY relevant. I still use this myself as a guild when we launch any funnels. Also... on page 137 is where I show you the actual trial closes I inserted into our webinar to increase our DPL (Dollar Per Lead) from $9.45 to $16.50!!!! A 75% increase in sales, but just adding trial closes!!! I hope you guys love it... It would mean the world to me if you'd post your biggest 'ah-ha' from this book in the comments below. The more comments I get, the more I know you guys love this book, and it'll get me fired up to share more split test results with you!!!

Which Test Won? (Shifting The Focus Of 'FREE')
So, I thought it would be fun to start a new series here called "Which Test Won..." We have a dozens of active split tests running every day on all our funnels, and we never get to show off the cool stuff we're learning, SO... would you be ok if I started post results here for you all to learn from!?! :) Ok... the goal of this first test was to set out to improve the VIP upgrade form in the Your First Funnel Challenge by reworking the headline alignment to see if focusing on VIP would improve order rates. So many say that a strong headline can drive results—but does that depend on *which* benefit you highlight? ================ TEST: Where Is The Focus Of The FREE!? A) Trial Free? B) VIP Free? The test focusing on the VIP free increased conversions my 19.95% which added an additional 335+ new trials per month from the same traffic! ================ Originally, the headline read, “Start Your FREE 30-Day Trial of ClickFunnels 2.0 and get the VIP Experience for FREE!” The 30-Day Trial took the lead, with VIP as the secondary bonus. We rephrased it to make VIP the star: “Get The VIP Experience For FREE And Start Your FREE 30-Day Trial of ClickFunnels 2.0!” This simple shift paid off. Our updated headline led to a 19.69% jump in order rate, a solid win with higher conversions. That means more users saw the VIP experience as the top value driver, and the trial became an added bonus. The takeaway? Don’t hesitate to reframe your headline’s focus to see what resonates best with your audience. It’s all about testing what truly connects—so that you know your headline is doing its job where it matters most.

"This is garbage! 🗑️" - "Let's find a solution that works for you." 2. "You changed it without asking me? 😡" - "Tell me more about your concerns with the changes." 3. "Your service sucks! 👎" - "Sorry for the poor service. How can I make this right?" 4. "After all these years, this is how you treat me? 😔" - "As a valued customer, you deserve better. Let me make it up to you." 5. "Your prices are a rip-off! 💰" - "The price reflects the quality. How can I make this more affordable?" 6. "This doesn't work - refund it! 💢" - "I apologize, let me process that refund right away." 7. "How long does it take you to respond?! 🕰️" - "You're right, we need to respond faster. I'm working on that." 8. "Your website is a mess, I'm out! 😑" - "Thanks for the feedback. How can we improve the website?" 9. "You stopped making my favorite? Unbelievable! 😭" - "I know, it was a tough decision. Let me suggest an alternative." 10. "Your eco-practices worry me, I'm done. 🌍" - "I understand your concerns. Let's discuss our sustainability efforts." This is how you can handle your customer😎
