Hello again -
I am a voice actress from Bremen, Germany and try to be consistent in my meditation practice - but unfortunately I fail to often.
Even though I realize that the days when I meditate in the morning, drink my tea on the balcony and start the day mindfully are the better ones.
My big resolution for the near future and especially for 2025 is to reconnect with myself and to resume my meditation and yoga practice and make it a permanent part of my life.
Unfortunately, I messed up the 90 day challenge aka "procrastination was my biggest friend/enemy"...
I have been to this community before, but had to log in with another email address (as I am already part of another skool-community) so I could switch easily between the communities - so please help me out with some points so I can take part in the 40 day challenge 🙏
