We're down to the final 30 days of the 90 day challenge! I'll be posting each day's meditation in the COMMUNITY here instead of being in the classroom. If you’re a bit behind, no worries—just jump in with us. I'll be posting each new meditation around 9 to 10pm Pacific time the day before. Why this approach? I want this group to be a place where we all feel connected, not scattered, and where everyone can stick to a rhythm that feels supportive. Think of it as a fresh start for those who may have stepped away, plus a chance to keep each other accountable as we build something meaningful together. For anyone who prefers a more flexible experience go google meditations on Insight Timer, YouTube, or Spotify. In addition to our daily meditations, I’m planning to introduce shorter challenges from time to time. And for even more variety, I’ll be sharing meditations from other incredible guides, including some of my teacher training grads. It’s a great way to expand our practice and see what resonates for you. Let’s keep this momentum going, dive deep into our practices, and make this an even stronger, more supportive community. Much as I love how the new format has pushed me into the community, I miss the classroom 😭, my little green check marks, my “next level” chase (currently I’m F’cker McF’ckerson 😉), and all my secret sh!t I had 🙁 Can’t wait for the new new to happen!! YB yoga 🧘🏻♀️ on the horizon!!
It’s nice to finally find my tribe. You ladies have shown me transparency, where I found none. Acceptance where I had only found conditional tolerance. And the kind of love I believe the universe has for everyone. Cuppas up y’all!
Other than due to the random weather conditions, has anyone else been having respiratory issues lately especially with nearing the end of the 90 day challenge? Almost like a body purge? Just a hunch is all. 🤷🏻♀️ I know that things can manifest to the material plane, so I was wondering if I’m the only one on this struggle bus right now. It was so random and out of the blue too ( and not that mean c- word, i tested myself for that 1st 🥴)
Thank you!!! I’ve been so tired 🥱 Like 10+ hours of sleep every night for the past week kind of tired. Naps too. This makes so much sense!! I’ve been kinda beating myself up about sleeping so much. Thank you for the reframe!! 🙏🏼
@Jennifer Skavenski I couldn’t even pick up my pencil for a few days. it felt very neglectful of self. When I finally could write, it was short bullet point bursts. I’ve had to keep my hands busy with crochet, and even with that, I had to redo an entire section 3 times. The fatigue is overwhelming. The struggle is real! Self-care… Self-care… Self-care…
I woke today naturally with a feeling of joy and I am caring it with me throughout my day. I did a silent meditation and was off to yoga. Since the rain decided to hold out a bit I decided to explore a spot I have hiked before. And here is where I let that golden healing light fill me. Needless to say it’s a perfect morning and afternoon. I’m feeling so lucky.
