What are you passionate about?
What do you really enjoy? For me it's coffee!
Some of you may not know, but I run a company in the coffee and espresso niche.
I love coffee. I love smelling it. I love tasting the flavor notes in the coffee. I love roasting it. I love knowing that what I'm drinking is clean and supporting real people.
This morning I made a medium dark roast of some beans from the Bali Kintamanti Highlands, and I thought it'd be fun to share them with all of you!
They're highly sweet and bright with notes of apricot, blackberry, kiwi, and strawberry. One of the naturally sweeter coffee's I've ever had.
Grown between 1,200-1,600 meters above sea level. The aroma is incredible!
I love money, don't get me wrong... but there's something about slowing down and enjoying the little things in life.
Sure, I could pound a coffee down and get on with my day, but what's the fun in that.
Life is about finding a balance between doing what you should be doing, and doing the things you love.
