Smoothies
I alternate Kion plain flavor whey protein powder one day and plain Greek yogurt the next day when making my smoothies. Both make it creamy, but the protein powder is 4 gm more protein. Today was plain Greek yogurt, flaxseed, hemp seed, walnuts, two dates, lemon juice, blueberries, kale, cucumber, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, turmeric, black pepper, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, lots of water. Today I add cacao powder to give a bit of a chocolate kick. I know it is high protein and high fiber, but is it too much fat and high carbs? What do you think?
