Can we just take a second?

I just want to take a moment to say, this group is f*cking epic! I’m so grateful for what strong AF have done, taking the time to create this community. A community that so many of us need, it’s been amazing meeting all of you lovely ladies and hearing your stories.

It just goes to show everybody is fighting something that you have no idea about. Nobody has it easy and it is such a massive reminder to always be kind. I’m going to be sharing lots of smiles on here because I know sometimes I need that pick me up so I’m sure some of you ladies do to🤍

So here is to fighting eachother battles, having eachothers back and getting strong AF together.
