After 2 weeks of feeling unwell I finally got back to the gym and did a leg session yesterday morning & a swim later on while little one was at her swimming lesson.
No excuses this morning now that I am feeling well enough, so dragged my backside out off bed and down to the pool for 6.30am. I then did nursery drop off and off to work feeling by great 😌
So glad I listened to my body and gave it the time off it deserved to recover & refuel.
ITS OK TO REST UP! It’s taken me a while to learn this.
