I went racecycling for 2 hours yesterday, which was great, it felt like I was on vacation again☀️🚴🏻‍♀️ Refueled properly afterwards cause today it was time for Full Body SAF Strength Training💪🏼 Didn't really expect the sweat but it came anyway, let's just say it was obvious that I was training hard🥵 And of course loving the signs of a fit body, heartrate dropping fast in the resting moments👌🏼
