🤢 I haven’t been feeling great since Friday. 🏃🏼♀️ Hadn’t trained since last Thursday. 🛏️ Spent almost all of Sunday in bed trying to recover from lurgy. Was feeling better when I woke this morning, not 100% but well enough that I fancied training. Went for a 6.30am session and showed up for me. Proud that I didn’t hit the snooze or just lay in bed procrastinating whether to go or not, just got up and got it done. May I add I didn’t finish every rep but I’m ok with that.
