Planned to do the Upper Body Training this morning, but for some reason the 8mo👶🏼 was in my bed, so I couldn't escape😂. Actually had a great workout after this long day, thanks to Spotify's Evening Workout Mix I think🎵
Question: when I do Em's workouts and I have to do 3 sets of a single sided exercise, does that mean actually 6 sets because it's 3 for every side? Or something like half the reps on one side and the other half on the other side?
