I applied for the visa last week, but I deliberately getting amended application status despite filling all the information in the application form. But I didn’t take health insurance for my stay in Vietnam. Should I take one?

Hello. I just received my evisa and I only wrote my first name, last name. It does not have my middle name or the Jr part. Is there a way to contact them to fix this or get an amendment or new approval letter? Or do I just have to resubmit and pay again? Thank you

For the insurance, you mentioned to just put "yes". I read somewhere if you put yes, you will need to show proof/evidence of medical or travel insurance. Is this true?

Traveling to Vietnam with my Vietnam wife, we are both US citizens and I am also UK citizen. We live in the states, does the 45day exemption apply to me or should I go for the evisa? Thx

When is best time to apply asap or closer to travel date we leave in 6 months. But from now until then I travel alot for work and worried I might forget to apply. How far out can you apply for visa?
